REGULATION
The Management has established a regulation that is delivered exposed at the reception and that the guest of the wellness area is asked to respect.
- In the wellness area it is a must to speak in a low voice, while in the saunas in order not to disturb other guests, we ask you to keep silence.
- It is mandatory to wear swimming swimsuit and slippers.
- Access to the sauna and the various cabins is forbidden for minors under 18 years of age.
- The use of the sauna, Turkish bath and tepidarium is not recommended for people suffering from pressure problems, epilepsy and heart disease. Avoid using it even during pregnancy and the menstrual cycle.
- It is mandatory to take a hot shower and dry thoroughly before starting the cycle in the saunas or in the different cabins.
- In the relaxation area, leave the beds free of personal belongings, this will allow for a regular rotation of people who wish to relax.
- It is forbidden to consume alcohol within the wellness area.
- Smoking is prohibited on the terrace of the wellness area.
- To maintain the decor, it is advisable not to bring large backpacks, bags or totes into the wellness area and to store them in the locker using the special key provided by the reception.
- It is forbidden to consume food and drinks brought from outside to the wellness and SPA area.
- The instructions of the staff responsible for the swimming pools and the wellness area must be respected, otherwise those who do not respect the general rules for saunas and the wellness center regulations may be invited to leave the premises without refunding the ticket.
TEPIDARIUM & TURKISH BATH REGULATION
- Do not wear jewelry, watches, metals, glasses or contact lenses as the heat could damage them.
- Before entering the tepidarium or turkish bath, wash the body and then dry it well so as to enter perfectly dry: the drops of water hinder sweating.
- Leave your slippers and your towel outside the tepidarium and the Turkish bath.
- Before sitting down, use the hand shower to wash the station.
- Stay in the tepidarium and turkish bath for a maximum of 30 minutes or as long as you feel a feeling of well-being.
- When you come out of the tepidarium or the Turkish bath, take a shower with a jet of cold water. The respiratory tract will cool down quickly with fresh air to avoid edema and headaches.
- After each session, rest well covered for at least as long as the time spent in the tepidarium or turkish bath.
- After the tepidarium or the turkish bath we recommend that you drink a lot (tea, herbal teas and water) to compensate for the lost fluids.
- It is forbidden to pour water, essential oils or essences on hot stones, they could trigger allergies to people present. For this operation, call the staff on duty.
- It is forbidden to bring oils, salts, honey, products and personal accessories of any kind into the tepidarium and Turkish bath. It is also forbidden to bring drinks in glass containers and cans.
SAUNA REGULATION
- Do not wear jewelry, watches, metals, glasses or contact lenses as the heat could damage them.
- Before entering the sauna, wash your body and then dry it well in order to enter the sauna perfectly dry, the drops of water hinder sweating.
- Leave your slippers outside the sauna.
- Before sitting on the benches, it is advisable to spread a large towel to completely absorb the sweat, none of the parts of the body should directly touch the wood of the benches.
- It is advisable to stop in the sauna for no more than 15 minutes or as long as you experience a feeling of well-being.
- When you come out of the sauna, take a shower with a jet of cold water. The respiratory tract will cool down quickly with fresh air to avoid edema and headaches.
- After each session, rest well covered for at least the time spent in the sauna.
- After the sauna we advise you to drink a lot (tea, herbal tea and water) to compensate for the lost fluids.
