How does it work?

Do you want to buy one of our products and you don't know how to do it? It's very simple: follow our instructions!

• Select the treatment you prefer and want to purchase;
• Click on buy and select the quantity;
• Click on proceed to purchase;
• Enter your email address and proceed, you will receive an email with your password for your next purchases;
• Fill in the requested data;
• Click on continue and specify if you are already a guest staying at the hotel or if you are an outsider;
• Select the payment method by bank transfer or credit card;
• Enter your discount code, if you have one;
• Click on continue;
• Confirm your purchase by clicking to validate your order;
• You will receive a confirmation email;
• The Nettuno SPA will contact you to make your appointment.

If you want the invoice to be issued, you will need to tick the box next to the company. For companies based in Italy, for the purposes of electronic invoicing it is necessary to enter the recipient code or the pec. Check the correctness of the billing information entered as it will not be possible to request a subsequent change.
